Help & information

Terms of use

Rules for using Rani Jay and Rani Jay Pro to arrange local services in Algeria.

Two apps for connecting people

Rani Jay lets clients post a need. Rani Jay Pro lets providers and students browse requests and apply. Messaging helps coordinate a job after acceptance.

Your account and activity

Use a phone number you control and provide accurate information. Protect your sign-in details. Providers must have the qualifications, permissions and legal capacity needed for the services they offer. Student status does not remove applicable work or professional requirements.

Job agreement and payment

Before starting, the client and provider agree on the scope, location, price, schedule and cancellation arrangements. Payment for the work takes place directly between them, outside the app, in cash. Rani Jay does not provide escrow or guarantee a job or a service outcome.

Provider credits

Providers use credits to apply. Check the cost and information shown in the app before proceeding. Application credits are separate from the price paid for the work. For a top-up or dispute, use support and keep the operation reference.

Content and conduct

Do not publish unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content, or infringe other people’s rights. Harassment, threats, fraud and bypassing controls are prohibited. Only share documents and images you have the right to use. Reviews must relate to a real experience.

Moderation and complaints

Requests, profiles and content may be checked and moderated. An account may be restricted for abuse or risks to the service. Contact support to report a problem or challenge a decision, with the relevant references.

Responsibilities and rights

Being introduced through the service does not replace checking qualifications and agreeing on the job. Each party remains responsible for its applicable obligations. These terms do not remove any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes remain subject to the applicable rules of law in Algeria.

Privacy, leaving and updates

You can request account deletion. The privacy policy explains the information involved. The service and these notices may change; the date at the top identifies this version.
