Account and service data
Information you provide includes your name, phone number, role, profile, work areas and availability. Depending on your use, it also includes requests, applications, reviews, messages, attachments and support requests.
Providers may supply portfolios, identity or eligibility documents and student documents. Credit operations may include payment references and supporting documents. Avoid posting sensitive information in a public request or profile.
Why information is used
This information supports account creation and security, sign-in verification, local services, requests and applications, communication after acceptance, credits and support. Technical information is used for diagnostics, security and abuse prevention.
Location and permissions
The app uses locations entered for requests and work areas. Access to your phone’s location depends on device permissions. You can change location, photo and notification permissions in your phone settings; this may limit some features.
Visibility and technical services
Information you publish for a job or profile may be visible to relevant users. Messages and attachments are shared with their recipients. Support and moderation may process information needed to handle your request.
The product uses hosting, authentication, storage, notification and diagnostic services. The website integrates Supabase for sign-in and Sentry for diagnostics. Apple and Google stores apply their own policies when you open their links.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion through app settings or the web flow. Some data may need to be retained for a legal obligation or dispute; ask support which categories remain and for how long. Deleting an account does not remove copies that another user has kept outside the service.
Exercise your rights
Algerian Law 18-07, amended by Law 25-11, provides rights including information, access, correction and objection under the applicable conditions. Send your request through support. Identity verification may be needed to protect your account. You may also contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
